Each leather handle is hand-sewn and is a beautifully unique piece made from high-quality materials and innovative manufacturing methods. MANOLIS are handlebar grips that are made to last. MARLBORO, a deep, bold red, exudes vibrancy and energy. This color is ideal for bikes with dark frames as it provides a striking contrast. MARLBORO develops a softer surface over time, but retains its intense color and provides an exciting color accent that attracts attention.
It is a fantastic option for BROMPTON x CHPT3 series, but can be combined with all black tones, for example Midnight Black Metallic or the cool P-Line Grey.

HIGH QUALITY BELT LEATHER

We source our leather from Italy. We only use the highest quality cowhides that are typically used to make expensive belts. The high resistance of leather forms the basis for our product, which is why its quality and durability are of crucial importance to us.

RESEALED SADDLE SEAM

The seam for our handles is prepared using a laser and then sewn by hand with two needles. We use the laser to engrave small channels into the leather to place the thread under the handle surface where it would otherwise be exposed to regular wear and tear. With this technique we significantly extend the life of the handles, as the thread is no longer exposed to abrasion from the palms of the hands. We have registered a patent for this technology.

CONE-SHAPED END CAP

We are particularly proud of the design of our end cap. The end cap is made from a thick disc of leather which is cut into a truncated cone using our specially designed cutting device. This is glued precisely to the handle without the cross-sectional area of the leather being visible. Through these elaborate design details we achieve a particularly elegant look.

LASER PERFORATION

Another innovative detail of our Manoli handles is the lasered perforation. The pattern not only looks good, but also serves a technical purpose: the continuous perforation of the leather helps regulate moisture to the touch. On the one hand, the leather can release moisture faster and better. On the other hand, it also absorbs the natural oils of the palm better and therefore cares for itself. In addition, the perforation improves the grip and ensures safe handling.

CNC-MACHINED CLAMPING RINGS

Our clamping rings are manufactured on a CNC-controlled lathe. The logo is also milled using CNC technology, which looks particularly beautiful. We also use different clamping rings for the left and right sides to make it easier to install the grips on your handlebars.
