Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a Pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout, store your payment method.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet shipped. If the order has been completed and shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full refund. For more details on returns and refunds, please refer to our Return Policy.
